Recommending this romance between a transmigrated human girl and a half-vampire nobleman bc although it has a lot of plot elements and tropes you see in these kinds of stories, the character development and relationship building over the course of the story is great. The female lead is also smart without relying on otherworldly knowledge, and she has an edge to her that's wonderful to see. The romance that develops is complex and addresses the problems between the main couple. Complete, too
Ok so this one is kind of a favorite despite, but also because of, it's flaws. It's very schlocky writing, but in a way I really enjoy, and I can't decide whether I love the fashion design or hate it, but I can't forget it! Also the main character comes the closest I've seen to a peaceful pseudo-harem where everyone competing for her manage to get along, mostly? Wild! It's weird but memorable.
One of my honest all-time favorite transmigration stories, bc the heroine is so fucking funny & tolerates exactly no shit. The memey reactions are great, the cast surrounding her are quirky and entertaining, and the art is solid. I only wish it went gay & maybe did more with the meta fate vibes it brought up. A fun ride all around tho!
This is a series I'll always think of when I remember how trash i am for revenge & deception-based stories, no matter how schlocky, bc that's what this is. Drama, disguise, deceit, betrayal, manipulation, politics, future knowledge - it's all good-yummy-trashily here.
A unique story wherein the heroine spends a lot of time as a bird, in an interesting fantasy setting in the midst of war. The sassy bird/serious warrior dynamic going on is entertaining and it's got interesting drama and plot elements.
