I've been seeing numerous lists claiming a female lead is badass or strong or OP, however they're still all blushy blushy, not actually self-reliant, and complain a shit ton during the story. 

The standards of strong female leads don't have to be so low.

I'm not a feminist, just fed up. So I went hunting for female leads by my [definitely second to none] standards.

Looking for similar quality as a OP ML.

actually smart, actually op, no blushing, no complaining, and rarely in a pinch.
