ANYWAYYY i just love the whole abusive to loving family trope. the duke and her family are so cute and how they pamper the little fl is heartwarming. the romance aspect wasnt off-putting either, theyre just so cute. the second brother tho just one chance
★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ | lets be honest the whole descendant thing was pulled right out of the author’s ass cuz they can’t think of a better plot device. that was just a joke. i liked this. not something i read in one sitting because i seemed to just not be into it that much i guess but it objectively is a pretty decent story

★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆ | the characters are charming and funny but d climax just felt bland for me, those last few chapters just seemed rushed idk. tho i pretty much enjoyed everything else—except also my one other problem with the set up of the second ml (if u can even call him that).
★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ | art is mouth wateringgg, the amount of times i yelled smash at a newly introduced character is concerning. the story is lacking in a lot of aspects but i did enjoy reading. just wished they had children at the end
★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ | a refreshing take in the genre that embraces the modern world from the start. the succeeding parts however are well within expectations. the missing star is due to the unnecessary incorporation of sexual assault in the story. the narrative would have been the same without it and i find the use of such device as lazy
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ | ♡ absolutely think this does not drag AT ALL and in fact think it should have been longer. the pacing was well done in most parts—the exception being the villain and its relation with two of the characters cuz it was quite repetitive. big fan of the comedy in this, balances out the mood quite well. big fan of the supporting characters too. fav disciple has got to be the elf and fav overall character is definitely the duke. not the best plot but worked wonders for me
★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ | really fond of the father-daughter bond in this and with the fl’s journey to a healthy body. i just did not like how the illegitimate child was treated by everyone involved.
