No explanation needed. Despite such an OP main character, it never felt boring. Such beautiful art and action.
Great action and great art! Set in a mobile game, it gives its own unique spin on what would've been a fantasy setting and does it well.
The MC is a terrible and calculative human being but I like it. I know that some people might feel off putted but I think the fact that he has some glaring weaknesses that he covers using schemes and other people makes things more exciting. The art is pretty good. I like the concept around the different cities. Not for everyone but if you get past the beginning which feels slower and slightly cringy, it gets more interesting. (on ch. 155)
+ Despite a lot of female characters, no romance so far
I actually like the monsters. They actually look menacing and seem interesting. Also, I think the humor of this series is done pretty well. The fact that aspects outside of the game is given some spotlight is also great. (as of ch. 60)
I really hope this series continues. I remember reading this when I was in middle school/highschool and it was one that opened my eyes to this genre. Definitely an OG that is worth reading/re-reading!
Despite having many female characters, it hasn't breached harem so I think they are there for fan service or as a support. Fingers crossed.
Overall, I really like the system of ghosts and the world building of rules and it feels pretty unique compared to other high fantasy systems.
