there are twins. one works for NIS as a top secret agent that kills in the north, other is a yakuza head. the government is trying to get rid of the NIS brother and accidentally send his twin into a coma instead thinking that he was the right twin, and now he's out for revenge by using his brother's identity. no harem smell, pure cold brutal fighting
