If a bl manhwa/manhua/manga has mpreg trope but no visible belly or baby bump, I'm not adding it in this list (for instance: 'Kiss Me, Liar'). I feel like those kinds of work are scam because we cannot see an actual pregnant body.

I must say, "Night of London" should now be removed from my 'Actual Mpreg' list and be transferred to the 'Mpregbait' list bcs as of the huuuuge timeskip from Ch 67 ⇨ Ch 68 in raw manhwa.
I initially added it as a placeholder bcs based on the raw novel side stories, there will be a second pregnancy after the miscarriage.
Having read the novel, I knew it would meet most of my criteria here in this list and I was hoping the artist will follow the novel and portray the mpreg elements well in this manhwa adaptation, but nah, they decided to go for the timeskip route :(
