If a bl manhwa/manhua/manga has mpreg trope but no visible belly or baby bump, I'm not adding it in this list (for instance: 'Kiss Me, Liar'). I feel like those kinds of work are scam because we cannot see an actual pregnant body.

this one is an anthology, so the mpreg part is only in Chapter 5, where it ended with impending labor scene tho not the birth scene exactly, and no baby at that.
