One of my top webtoons ever. It has comedy, good characters, complex relationships, great pacing, and even when it falls into cliches the characters are so lovable I don't mind.
Read if you like characters with awakened super powers. While the main character is wholesome but steady and his mentor is hot, strong, and injured.

Great story. Currently on hiatus with 79 chapters. Art is good. MC is funny and a jerk but not a bad jerk. He's been trapped in a hellscape after being betrayed so he's got no f's to give anymore.
Contains:
- MC being betrayed then returning years later not dead
- MC being OP but for actual reasons
- MC being chaotic but intelligent
- Good companions/friends
- Interesting characters overall that actually have depth and grow alongside the storyline
- Comedy

MC gets transplanted into a character in a story they were reading. The character was a trash son of a count and was supposed to die. MC uses his knowledge of the volumes he read to his advantage. It is well paced and really funny. MC has a problem with collecting strays.

Super fun concept. MC has been training to get stronger his whole life but knows that he will never be allowed to surpass the nobles who can awaken aura and take potions. On his birthday the hero's sword appears and chooses him over his rival because MC has actually worked to be strong. Pacing has been pretty good. Most all the characters are interesting. MC actually trains and doesn't just immediately become OP.

MC played the hardest online game (that everyone else gave up on) until he beat it. Once he did a message for the game's reboot pops up.
Contains:
- OP MC who also knows everything
- rival/friend who tries to surpass the MC and usually just helps him but is angry about it
- Snarky and ruthless but for reason MC
- Oddly loyal friends/companions
- MC angers upper level entities/gods
- Tower climbing

A chef gets into an accident and loses his sense of smell and taste.
After quitting his job and being depressed for a time he gets a job at a snack shop and starts playing a VR game where he can smell and taste in the game.
Story is finished and it was really fun. Also a warning the purpose of this story was more to help the characters in reality. You won't get conclusions for any story lines in the VR game because it's not the actual focus.

MC was reading a light novel and was the only reader to finish it.
Suddenly he gets a weird email and the contents of the light novel start happening in the world. But he's not supposed to be the MC.
Contains:
- Humans as players to entertain watching gods/constellations.
- Land broken up into "servers" for streaming and trials
- MC collects a diverse entourage to help him while hiding his special power.

Listen at this point everyone who reads this genre has read or knows about Solo Leveling. It was the first I read of the genre and I really enjoyed it, but after awhile I got tired of the political and power plays.

If you wanted a story about an OP MC who basically played hardcore minecraft to level up this is for you.
I haven't kept up to date with it but it was fun and a nice twist on the OP MC where he's a production class instead of a fighter/hero/necromancer/etc. And it keeps decently light hearted.
