this manhwa means everything to me i burst into tears outta nowhere bc it made me feel so seen LOL
theres a certain level of childish innocence and humour but my fav thing is the exploration of womanhood through the mc and it just felt so safe and warm and HEALING to read
in most manhwas it kinda feels like the end goal is the be all end all where the mc and ml face hardships fall in love get married etc but here its not the main focus until later and her story is just so refreshing to exprnce
THIS womanhood is explored so sincerely and maturely as every characters circumstances and ambitions and emotions are all significant and feel so geniune i see the care put into this and the modern feminism and focus on individual freedom and choice whilst not leaning into the rigid box of REJECT ALL FEMINITY as a means of freedom here which is refreshing it is just as valid to be a traditional homemaker motherly woman as it is to be an ambitious businesswoman and theyre not mutually exclusive
UGHH SO GOOD this one is here purely bc well obv its good but the most striking thing to me was the mcs relationship w her mother OH MY GOD i need more it was by no means fluffy and warm and ilysm my sweet daughter BUT it was messy and real and i think smth in me needed that bc the inevitable woman to woman understanding after living in a mans world as mother and daughter..... i have many thoughts wish we got more
mc is strong plot is great and better than most but nothing memorable abt the ml
DONT BE SCARED AWAY BY THE MOTHER DAUGHTER DYNAMICS IN THE BEGINNING listen ik its bad terrible even but it doesnt get brushes under the rug and imo i really really enjoy the way they explore their relationship and altogether family dynamics with a healthy unoverwhelming side of politics I REALLLLY love this the whole concept is so fresh and healing god childish innocence and kindness is gonna bring me to my knees i love them and you already know they are the peak of art in the whole damn indust
read it ages ago but from memory there was an actually important female friend who had her own character (and isnt the original villainess/mc (i do love this plot its just not always done well))

UPDATE its really fuckin juvenile and cringey i cant get past the first two chapters let alone the female friend and the art isnt amazing it kind of throws in swear words and deadpan and calls it humour not my kinda thing anymore
