My favorite plot: kingdom building. However this looks like it’s gonna be a medium size harem. Not interested in that as I know it will ruin the story. Another thing, he picked up a kid. Hate when that happens.
I understand why this does not get recommended much. It’s boring and mc likes to play superman. Only reason he killed the first girl was because she wanted to die. If not, he would have saved his crush even though she betrayed him .
