in the midst of the I am not a strong fl, if i am not a straight-forward girl boss pandemic, this feels so comforting :3 ngl cuz sometimes all I want are FLs that seem calm yet gentle as a breather (this kinda has shoujo manga feels of the 2010s and I am thoroughly enjoying this!)
as the premise goes: Fl is entangled in an arranged marriage set-up by her terminally ill father, as his last action to prevent his former greedy wife from stealing the inheritance of FL.

our dear ajusshi mc gets isekaid into a novel after almost hitting someone with his truck- and everyone's after him?! confused he drives away to save a girl who is running away from her family, and whilst everyone tries to figure out wtf is going on, he accidentally kidnaps a duke lmao
emotionally distanced, aloof FL x sensitive senior ML
FL has always been told that she seems easy going and emotionally cold, due to her stand-offish behavior. after relaxing under a tree, she suddenly sees her senior crying multiple times in front of her? as it turns out ML cries whenever someone touches him, as a cause of trauma.
while both get closer to each other in the midst of a group project, inevitably their POV gets stirred up <3
yebom (FL) has always been one-sidedly competing with her classmate eunho, who still tries to get closer to her, even though he knows she is trying to keep her distance from him. out of a fit, yebom tells him that everything about him annoys her and how perfect he is - and several years later she finds out he committed suicide. after feeling despair, she somehow regresses back to the time she first met him - and now she is determined to prevent the same disaster from happening again.
this is kinda goofy and really fast-paced, so recommended to read if you need something to calm you down. as the title already shows, fl is trapped in a jungle with her boss, after being commissioned to bring him a tumbler with a secret document, but an accident caused by mls enemies, forces them to fend for themselves in the jungle.
what really is refreshing, is that they COMMUNICATE their problems w each other! we love understanding couples
