isekai/op MCs who look like bottoms

MC gets called pretty & girlish so often that i sincerely thought it was setting up for a “secretly a girl pretending to be a boy” twist. tons of bromance, it’s basically an all-male cast.

gray’s level of pretty/delicate is EXACTLY what i’m looking for, i’m desperate for more like him

(ptr) i’ve seen some fan-made ORV crossovers with this one, and it’s not hard to see why. MC is trying to set up the black-haired man & pink-haired girl since they’re love interests in their source material, but they end up fighting over him instead

(ptr) there’s a duke basically pursuing the MC, or something? regardless, comments make it clear that this one has its place on this list.

(ptr) according to another commenter, this mc is *very* babygirl. i’ve got it tagged with bromance as well, based on my past research, so i’ll trust that judgment
