This list is for people who root for the 2nd male/female lead and the main character indeed choose them rather than main male/female lead. I'm the type who usually root for main characters pairing, but of course due to circumstances I sometimes rather the main characters choose the 2nd male/female lead instead. 2nd male/female lead mean that they appear later on the series. We often see the 2 main characters appear first and one usually has unrequited love for the other.
This is the first time I've seen where the main character choose the 2nd male lead and I'm actually happy about it. Before this, when I read shoujo romance manga, korean romance tv series, I have never seen such thing where its possible for the 2nd male lead to be chosen.
