The story is amazing, all the characters are so lovable and the art is absolutely beautiful! I wished that it had some side stories though. We are left with many unresolved stuff that could be up to the reader’a imagination, but I’d want to see them illustrated. Also, there were some misunderstandings that took place I felt could have been resolved sooner and better (see more about that in the topics).

It is an amazing and a very realistic story. It doesn’t have easy romance and it may be frustrating towards the end with so many emotional rollercoasters, but the ending was wonderful. I liked how FL stayed true to herself till the end.

When I first read it I loved it. I recently re-read it and it isn’t so good anymore, I didn’t even try to finish it. MC supposedly died when she was middle age or so, but she seems like an immature damsel in distress. It’s like all she got from her previous life was medical knowledge. It would be far better if she had a mindset of a grown up when she became Elise. The medical stuff was nice and a fun new take on isekai mangas.
I LOVED this. Starts off amazing and cute, then suddenly so much drama but the ending was perfect. MC is smart, lovable and grasps every situation quickly and Claude’s character development was everything. 10/10

I really liked how there wasn’t a clear answer on who she likes and who she will end up marrying. It leaves it to the reader’s imagination and preferences. Also, I really liked how Anastasius wasn’t killed and I would love to see more of him.
