that trope where they meet online and fall in love under a false impression. Sometimes it’s a purposeful deception and other times it’s just a mistaken assumption. Anyhow, the part of this trope I love is how a love connection can be found online, not only transcending distance and social status, but even the physical appearance and gender presentation aren’t an obstacle to true love! (not sure if I worded this well)
