Doing this to practice my writing skills though I hope it helps someone out there.
All my opinion of course. Rating based on 1-5 scale for 5 categories with short blurbs for context.
RATING:
1=nonexistent/not what you should read for 2=lacking 3=unremarkable (but not bad)
4=noteworthy
5=flawless/top of its category
CATEGORIES:
ART: Aesthetic? Style?
PLOT: Development and progression?
SMUT: Sexy? Uncensored?
CLICHE: How cliche? (1 being few, 5 being all of them)
ORIGINALITY: Unique idea?
ART: 3 - There are some questionable panels but overall okay.
PLOT: 4 - Interesting, good progression and char. development
SMUT: 1.5 - It's shounen ai.
CLICHE: 2.5 - Some but works well with plot
ORIGINALITY: 4 - Yup. Parallel worlds. Medieval man adapts to modern world.
What can a LIST do?
You may feel your favorite manga should be gathered together into distinct categories for your own reference and, now, you can do this with a LIST. After you've created your list or lists, you can proudly recommend them to other manga fans to showcase and share your taste in manga.
