I'm starting to get tired of all this fighting. It used to be interesting but now I just scroll past it and see who's gonna win and if they'll drop some sort of hint on the main story.
I quit after 10 chapters because the plot is clichéd, and the heroine, despite being mentally around 30 in her second life, behaves childishly. The inconsistent behavior of the brother, who alternates between caring and rude, is confusing. The maid's unrealistic and illogical obsession with the heroine also adds to the dissatisfaction.
I can't stand the female lead. Despite being educated in her previous life, she acts dumb around the male lead, questioning everything he says as if she's slow in understanding. It gets frustrating seeing this repeated for so many chapters. GET THE HINT MA'AM.
It bothers me that they refer to the male lead as a "brown bear" or "beast" in the manhwa. I thought I found a story where a character with dark skin is treated normally. Additionally, the way they portray the female lead as childish, dressing her in a short dress meant for young girls, is annoying. It feels like they're using the male lead to make her appear more delicate. While they are cute together, this common trend in manhwa frustrates me.
Checking out the comments, I get why the comic isn't popular. It began strong and intriguing, but the School/Painter storyline made it dull. The art is fantastic though! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
Also the translation was just off.
This story seemed cool at first, but it went downhill fast. The non-modern Isekai idea was neat, but the main character turned into a total Mary Sue—magic prodigy, two guys crushing on her, a super powerful wand, and she cured a virus in, like, a week. I bailed around ch. 29, hoping for a turnaround that never happened. And let's talk about her age—nine years old, and older boys are into her? That's just messed up. No clue if her age changes later, but seriously, wtf?
i barely started reading it and the plot is already a mess. The female lead is basically doing a tug and pull game with every character in the story. She never defines anything and is just a player in my opinion. Also I hate the change of art style after chapter 8.
I tried, but it's painfully cringey—the art, personalities, and story flow. It's so bad, shivers. If I were the protagonist, I'd team up with the other witch and wreck that world before saying, "I'm out" and checking out. No way I'd suffer for strangers and abductors, especially not falling for one of them. I can't stand female protagonists with big egos and no real power, always needing saving. (╬ ̄皿 ̄)
The concept could've been good if the execution wasn't terrible. Ignoring the art, the story drags, and introductions are chaotic. Overused middle fingers and cursing become irritating, lacking the humor seen in similar characters. I've read better, like Melissa from "Beware the Villainess." Avoid this—it's not worth it.
