The biggest spoil is from the title itself. Truly it is an uncomfortable truth. A middle school boy recklessly stabbed 18 people on a busy street covered in blood. Upon questioning by the police he recognized a familiar face that makes him to say that really happened.
Side facts: it is supposed to be BL, but author says they keep it on a mystery/suspense manhwa which I really love.
