+ genuinely like the emperor’s character. he has selfish motives and his chara arc was interesting… it was such a choice for him to have cheated on main chara bc he had a superiority complex towards her

+ idk why the story continued after empress divorced her husband lol it lost all its tension afterwards
+ romance was cute at the beginning but got so bland and the ml is boring
+ translation quality dipped so bad

+ the plot feels like it was created by elementary students roleplaying a fantasy adventure at the playground. it’s so melodramatic; everyone threatens each other with over the top threats, including the main charas lol
+ main lead almost had an interesting motive but of course Loving The Main Character takes precedence over any kind of dimensionality
+ male lead’s concept rubs me off the wrong way, vaguely ableist
