Reincarnates as an asshole in a novel, later on becomes a self-sacrificial bastard, doesn’t elaborate.

Reincarnates as an evil character in a story, he is forced to do evil tasks against his will by a system so he can return to earth, but his target can unknowingly read minds.

Transmigrated as a villain character destined to die at the beginning of the novel. He becomes apart of a rich family and becomes a hunter, originally to protect himself, but starts looking beyond that goal after his achievements and growth.

Society consists of normal people, heroes and villains. Everyone is born belonging to one of three aforementioned groups, with villains often having a harder time controlling their inner desires. I suppose racism playing a role in this story wouldn’t be that far off the mark.

Wait this is genuinely wholesome stuff, the novel’s protagonist is in debt and has to take care of 2 children, our MC starts cooking and looking out for the three of them.

Cook and betrayed by family in previous life. Has to become an idol in the new one to take revenge on his old family. The person he transmigrated as is considered to be a rich, spoiled brat.

Just a bastard, but our manipulative, gaslighting, torturing, mass-murdering bastard.

A new fantasy world with monsters and stats. MC wants to survive. Not physically strong by any means, but uses his wits to lie, gaslight and manipulate his was out of things. He wants to be useful, which forces him to meticulously plan things out and work harder in other ways. Because of this, many characters eventually end up depending on him.

He might come over as a selfish person at first, but does actually hold endearment to the people around him.

After 10 years of being stuck in a fantasy world, with dumpling king, tedious quests and stuck with annoying characters sticking to him like glue. Our MC finally defeats the demon king and is ready to go home. But is hit by a report card with a failing grade and is involuntarily send back in time to the beginning of his adventure.

MC is crude, selfish and hates the higher beings that have put him in the position, he uses everything in his power to go against their will and to become stronger.
