So she gets murdered and wakes up in a doomed character's body, now she has to figure out what the hell to do to survive. So, naturally, she approaches the hero to make a deal. Now she has to survive her fiance'. It's cutesy-pie with her reactions to men, which can be annoying over time, I mean, get used to it. But the over all dynamics of the story are interesting and she's smart, strong willed and fights back when she can instead of crying for relying solely on a man to save her. Not bad.
It's not a bad read. She's wronged in a past life, goes back in time to get revenge and gains the ability to turn back the clock five minutes at a time. Using her prior knowledge and her hourglass she succeeds in her new life, though it takes her longer to come to grips with emotions other than the need for vengeance. Still, there's intrigue, some minor action and slow burn romance.
The first time she's a reincarnation, the second time she is a time reversal and she uses the knowledge of both to seek vengeance. She has her ups and downs as she unravels all the plots and schemes, but stands resolute to the end to punish the wicked for the sins they committed in both the past and the present. It's a bit annoying at times, could've just killed the pink haired one, but let her linger to receive the maximum psychological damage. Not bad overall.
She's taking the hand she's been dealt and winning with it, though she does have her wobbly moments, she still thinks it through and fights it head on. He is adorable, though due to his heritage, he has an abandonment issue, he still just wants her to be happy. They both have nuts growing in their family trees, but they deal with that as it comes....over all it's a pretty good read.
It's not complete, but what's here is rather good. Having traversed back in time, she schemes and connives her way to riches and revenge. He's a ostracized prince whom she helps, they partner up for the money and plotting, falling in wuv on the way. So far, so good.
Four times she's died a year shy of twenty-five and this fifth life she chooses transmigration rather than reincarnation. She wants a peaceful life, she says, so after the revenge on those who emptied the body for this transmigration, she decides to become a knight, (lots of peace to be had there...) which goes against the laws of her country. It's a nice story, with only one drawback... Why is her soul not allowed to turn twenty-five without help from the God of Death? Hmm...WHY...Hmm?
This has very little in the way of previous life, other than the 'original' she keeps referring to, so in the beginning she tries to distance herself from the story. Then she gets drunk, fornicates with the leading man and off she goes to make her own destiny with him. It's cute.
