Work that I have found sublime. As a writer, I am not easily impressed by many works and have found that these are a list of mangas that have impressed me to my core. Some of these have even left me bawling for hours. I don't necessarily mean that I like the storyline or characters of all these mangas, but I feel they are well-written.

Amazing story. A young man gets a cancer diagnosis, reads an online fantasy novel and finds himself in the story after the author says he's the only one who understands the main character. The bulk of the story finds the main character trying to help the hero find and marry his multiple wives, but somewhere along the way the story turns into a BL story of a teenage prince and his emperor, who is a hostage from the enemy territory. Romance, angst, comedy it's a great read
