A list of my want-to-reads that fit the standard of quality of a 9.5 rated manga and higher
If you see any ratings that are lower but are included in the list, there could be two reasons:
1. The rating has change since I've put it in here 2. The quality of the work is worthy of 9.5 despite ratings, or is judged by different standards
(For example, japanese BL with provocative covers get around 9.0 average, so a japanese BL with a provocative cover and a 9.4 or 9.3 is analogically fitting)
