The phone is kinda useless, not a focus on the story. Art is so-so. Story is kinda lacking

The FL is a surgeon in the modern era. She died and was transported to the present story. The FL in the present story is a villain or more like a spoil brat. She was destined to marry the ML but she decline after she isekai'd. The ML dislikes the FL because of her personality, but after meeting the new FL life he changed his perception and fall in love with her.
The story is nice, good art, and gooooooosh i love medical plot stories!!!
