ordinary dude gets pummeled by a falling building but BOOM esper is there to save him and becomes his neighbour. then starts a journey of odd things and he turns out to be a guide but he was forced into it as a kid after the esper rampaged and caused a like forced transformation. basically they knew each other as kids and are now like mated so he can’t guide anyone but the main esper dude. idk how i feel about the esper he’s super shady…
