I read the novel, and then I read the manga. The manga’s visuals are good if I had to be real. What’s upsetting is how the Uke never manages to escape from the relationship.
Confinement: Seme kidnaps him and they stay on an island whereby the Uke mentally gives up.

Update: I enjoyed the first half of the manga, and then when the FL decides to run away, but dropped it when FL suddenly lost brain cells and even recommended ML to another young girl who has interest. No thank you.
