Chaotic couple, they're kinda weird and don't even think about normalcy

The main character is a happy go lucky "friendship wins everything" kinda character, but not because she's stupid, but because she's a nurtured narcissist that during the course of the manhwa understands what it is like to actually love people without expecting everything from them, or something... The themes weren't very clear or well established, so I'm not sure, that's why it's in this list

Crazy fan x idol, but the crazy fan is stupid af and the special abilities policeman is cool
