8/10 — it’s been a long time since i’ve read this, but i do remember thoroughly enjoying it!! both MC and ML are interesting characters with a compelling relationship & fluctuating power dynamic.
edit: recently reread this, and my previous sentiment stands. the MC has very relatable flaws.
10/10 — one of those rare treasures of a story that sticks with you vividly for a long time. everything about it, from story to characters to imagery, was absolutely stunning. the strength of their love rivals those unbelievable romantic fantasies i scoff at, but somehow it’s intimately real. it’s been a long time since i’ve fallen so deeply in love with a story.
9/10 — oh, this was CUTE! the ending was rushed, but the comedic beats & dialogue throughout the manhwa were delightful. the angst is gentle and subtle enough for me to recommend this manhwa freely.
7/10 — this would honestly be at least an 8 if i set my personal biases aside. it’s hard to distinguish good prose in manhwa when the translation to english isn’t always reliable, but i can tell the author put care into the writing. a simple story about first love, both requited and not; you really can’t go wrong with that.
