Jaerim is an unpopular, not-so attractive HS student who gets bullied. He traverses his complicated HS life sticking to his values while also often butting heads with Yuri who is one of the popular guys in school. He seems nice to everyone but Jaerim because Yuri hates ugly people. However, as they interact more, things start changing between them.

One day, he finds out that Wen Chen Xi is a super narcissist who thinks that Qui Yuan is in love with him after Qui Yuan said he looked like an angel when he was super drunk.
