Dropped, weak FL, story is slow paced and boring

Dropped. Something about the trauma and relationships between the MC characters and love interest seems not genuine. Have no clue what he sees in the female MC other than her looks. Feels fake and forced. Also the brother is creepy, seems like an abusive type relationship which I don’t like reading about.

Enjoying. Like the found family, friendships, loyalty, cunningness of the female lead. Side characters are likeable. Love a strong female lead. Like the male characters too. Beautiful art
