perfect drama with levity spread throughout to ease tension. MC was sold to a Marquess as a child bride. He raises her to take over the role, and asks her to raise his ungrateful children. She does her best and right before the wedding of her eldest stepchild, the bride tells her that her stepson doesn’t want her at the wedding. She leaves, but, is murdered. She wakes up in the past, just after the Marquess died, and restarts her relationship with her step kids and tries to protect the family.
This one crosses over into historical fantasy as well. Pretty classic trope- MC is - cold-blooded knight, but is betrayed and dies after serving the emperor. When she is reincarnated five years into the past she decides to live a better life. She makes friends, and her enemy from the previous life becomes her love interest. In order to prevent the future from what she saw before, she works with the LI and his allies to overthrow the emperor.
MC lives with her possessive, controlling husband, and during an argument with him, accidentally falls to her death. She is reborn before she married him, and does her best to avoid being entangled with him. However, the circumstances of her family’s bankruptcy, and the start of WWI, bring them closer together.
Astina is the reincarnation of Martina, the first empress of the kingdom. She goes in her sister’s stead to marry a cursed Duke who looks exactly like her former lover and King. This has everything! Romance, political intrigue, action. The ML is all green flags no red flags. In the latest chapters however, their relationship has taken an angst-y turn.
MC dies after contracting an incurable illness in the future after suffering through life as the wife of a cold and callous ML. She is brought back in time to just after her wedding and promises to do absolutely nothing and then have her children and leave her husband after they’re born. However, it looks like all the problems she had with her husband are because of miscommunication. Their relationship turns around. It’s great, political intrigue and romance!
COMPLETE! MC is reborn a character in a book, except she is born with powers. Honestly her being isekaid has very little plot purpose. Her father takes advantage of her powers, and she is engaged to the crown prince. She is given a pet who is actually a powerful magician and the LI. When they get older, he massacres everyone her household, except her, and she has to figure out how to break her engagement and develop her powers.
MC is a goddess with one follower left. She must work to protect him and reestablish her following!
THIS IS SO AMAZING. MC neglects her son and when dying she regrets not being a good mom. She is brought back to life three years before her death, and decides to change their relationship. There is so much political intrigue, character development, and the romance between the leads is so painful. Her relationship with her son isn’t abandoned to focus on romance. She starts off as a little silly, and then becomes a stronger individual. ML is toxic, but in a purposeful way.
MC marries a man that doesn’t love her and has a miscarriage and goes to attack his love. She dies after leaving and is reborn! And decides never to marry the man again. So far MC is pretty likable. Art and proportions are a little weird, but this is an entertaining read so far.
