Just like the doujinka noted, it takes place a few months after ep 12, before Yuuri goes to Russia.
Victor could finally come back to Japan to meet up with Yuuri and now they're once again caught up in their own lovey-dovey world.
I reread this much more than I'm willing to admit xD
NOT TRANSLATED...but who needs English to realize this is a masterpiece? The emotion pouring from each panel is so raw that I can already hear Gordon Ramsay shouting xD I couldn't understand a word but I already know it's better than 90% of the YOI djs I came across.
--> relaxing atmosphere
--> in character (I'm willing to take all of it as canon)
--> beautiful art
A beautiful "filling the gaps" dj that shows us Victor's thoughts and feelings during the time he spent with Yuuri in Hasetsu before deciding on the design for his free skate costume. It's genuine and the author obviously has a good grasp on Victor's character, providing a loving characterisation of Yuuri through Victor's passionate eyes.

---> funny Russian farmer clichés
---> gorgeous art (it's freakin' Inariya Fusanosuke we're talking about)
---> metaphors~ (it's freakin' Inariya Fusanosuke we're talking about)
Adorable dj featuring the blond angsty teen who gets to act like an exhausted mother because of the two airheaded dorks that were invited "to the dacha Yurio's grandfather owns."
CAUTION: so sweet you'll puke rainbows
---> in character
---> good art
---> the everyday married life of two dorks
---> Yuuri's skating costume (dayum son!)
Sweetest YOI dj I'll probably ever come across that gives us a glimpse of Yuuri and Victor's happy life together in Russia a year after ep 12. Ugh they're so in love that I can already hear Yurio agonizingly bumping his head on a wall xD
---> sweet & heartwarming
---> in character
---> gorgeous art
---> them suits
---> extra suave and flirty Vitya
Victor's career demands different personas from him, so when Yuuri tells him in ep 4 to just be himself, he starts thinking.
While watching a ballet play in St Petersburg with Yuuri and Yurio, he projects himself onto the delusional character of Don Quixote from the play and wonders if he eventually managed to "become something for someone."
