isekai for when the meds aren't working

one of the coolest mc i've seen in this genre. love the way she progresses and achieved her goals + the ml is really nice and sweet. she's a girlboss and she deserves all the love she could get.

THIS ONE OH MY GOD. lives in my head rent free actually! absolutely adore their dynamics and the way she just plows through challenges with her head held high. the medical aspect was really appealing and i just found her relationship with everyone so nice and cute. the art is a+ too.
