God. Fucking. Damn. This is just great. With most things I read, the sexual factor of it mostly holds it up, bc sometimes sex makes it better, but this is a perfect example of just bliss. It doesn't need it to make it better, or more supported, it's just that.
The start was intriguing and I liked, no, loved how it played out. I've re-read this plenty of times, and it always makes me happy, the right amount of trauma, love and confusion.
So fucking long (with short chapters), but I'd still sit there for hours and read it again, the slow realization of feelings, being a confused teen that doesn't know what they're doing and just messing around. It's fun to see friends that know feelings for one another and are chill, it's just a group of friends living their life, there are some sad elements to it but the comedy helps a ton. It starts off with short stories that end quickly, but it gradually gets longer.
Dude when I read this for the first time I could HEAR my heartbeat, IT FELT SO INTENSE AND IT WAS SO EXCITING!!! After that I literally re-read this 4 more times In the same week. FUCKING GOLD. If you like op teenagers and action, fucking drop everything and READ THIS.
