System - either the protagonist is transported into a tower or place in which a system involving level up occurs, or the protagonists original world is suddenly transformed into a world with monsters and leveling up

Reincarnation = reincarnates in another body or as a baby in a new or same world
Power Up = abilities grow / weakling to strong
Time Rewind/Regression = time rewinds for (typically) one person and allows them to change the future by changing their 'past'
