As the title suggests, this list has the victims of the 'Unflattering Cover Page Disease', otherwise known professionally as UCPD. Victims of UCPD often have unique plots and somewhat decent characters: what I'm basically trying to say is that once you get behind that... cover page you have an awesome manga awaiting you!
