★★ ★ ★ ★ | introduces a new twist (kinda) to the genre with how the ml is introduced. the duke is also kinda… i love the cold demeanor the duke has over everything but it translates really warm when you get to know his character. fl does not play around too lol i love her

ANYWAYYY i just love the whole abusive to loving family trope. the duke and her family are so cute and how they pamper the little fl is heartwarming. the romance aspect wasnt off-putting either, theyre just so cute. the second brother tho just one chance

★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ | lets be honest the whole descendant thing was pulled right out of the author’s ass cuz they can’t think of a better plot device. that was just a joke. i liked this. not something i read in one sitting because i seemed to just not be into it that much i guess but it objectively is a pretty decent story
