mc stole a scalpel because he's broke, turns out it was hunted and now blonde ghost who is the owner of the scalpel hunts and force him to legally stab people with the said scalpel, the genius isn't a genius at all, basically the puppet and the puppeteer blonde ghost is the puppeteer she badass!
