This is a very interesting mix of the common game isekai, the genius mage and the terminal illness tropes. MC gets transported into the game he just created an op but also deathly sick mage character for. Story is set in a dystopian urban fantasy world a la cyberpunk. Has great art and solid consistent characterization. Bonus points for strong independent female characters - that are NOT being sexualized!
