One of the first otome isekai I read and it made me fall in love with the genre.
The female lead is 10/10
Penelope Eckart reincarnated as the adopted daughter of Duke Eckart and the villainess of a reverse harem dating sim. The problem is, she entered the game at its hardest difficulty, and no matter what she does, death awaits her at every ending! Before the "real daughter" of Duke Eckart appears, she must choose one of the male leads and reach a happy ending in order to survive.
I'd say this story leans more towards sci-fi because it references parallel dimension, but I 100% recommend this.

One of the best reincarnation manhwas I've read, it had me hooked after the first 10 chapters.
I love the female lead and the dad is hot so that's a plus, only two male interests so it's not overwhelming and so far I love both of them because it seems like both of them truly care for her.
When I opened my eyes I had become a princess!
But out of all characters in this romance novel, why is it the princess who has the fate of dying to her own blood-related dad, the emperor!
The real villainess is seen as the heroine but the female lead doesn't find out until it's too late. It turns out that she was tricked into committing all of the villainous acts that led to her being executed but she gets a second chance at life after dying. To get revenge on the villainess she becomes the villainess.
Female lead is ruthless, smart, and beautiful. Definitely worth the read.

Female lead has been reincarnated twice, in her first life she was the villainess and she was executed because she was a risk to the empire. In her second life she was surgeon and genius doctor but she ended up in an unexpected accident and when she opened her eyes she returned to her previous life?!
I love the FL and the character progress as well as the male lead, so far he's probably one of my favorite male leads in an isekai series!
