Uh, tbh, I don't understand what's going 70% of the time. Maybe it's because of the weird pacing or maybe it's the horrible translation. I don't know. But it's about a pre minister who has an illness but the emperor had an obsession with the prime minister and did things to hurt the prime minister to get him to submit.
