"Game like" Manga's

In this one she plays as the strongest character which happens to be a male avatar but she gains an item to play as a female character but when she decides to play that female character at the exact same time as maintence even when being warned there could be consequences she finds herself in another world as her female game avatar but at level 1. Its more like a martial arts world where she ends up being mortal and looked down on by everyone.
