List for my favorite series of all time. Mixed bag of various genres, but all are what I consider to be cream-of-the-crop.
General requirements include: - Makes me highly emotional at some point (crying, angry for the protagonist, etc.) - Good art or a unique art style - Well-paced and well thought-out storyline - Unique plot or extremely interesting - Good translations - Completed - So hard to put down that I (at least partially) marathoned reading
