All Time Favorites

Plot: 10/10. Selfish princess gets reincarnated, and becomes a doctor. Goes back to her original life and becomes a doctor using the skills from her previous life, while navigating royal politics and her love life. Literally had me on the edge of my seat.
FL: 10/10. She's a little dense sometimes, but she's very capable and strong. Elise is hardworking and strong, and devoted to her patients.
ML: 10/10. Absolute sweetheart towards the end, even though he was cold before.
