Transmigration into Fiction

The manga/manhwa/manhua I've read where the protagonist is transmigrated into a fictional world, such as:
     -     a video game
     -     a novel

NOTE: The vast majority of the time, the protagonist is transmigrated: 
     -     into the fictional world as a preexisting character of that piece of media, i.e. the villain. 
     -     into a piece of fiction that is known to them, i.e. a piece of media that they created or consumed
     -     after dying
