These MCs likely reincarnated as a villainess and once reincarnated, there's 180 shift and they're clueless, naive, oblivious, can do no wrong/flawless, are a saint or basically the new heroine-type MC
While i do love this, imo, she doesn't need to do a complete 180 personality change to a saint, it's unrealistic and I'm surprised ppl just went with it. She could've still kept the parts of her that was stern, haughty, and confident, and she'll show her kindness through her persistent, stubborn and caring actions. I could so see her scolding patients into not overdoing it but in a way that's fussing over them.
