If I had to describe it in a word, 'Pukeworthy' comes to mind. The whole sex for cultivation thing is an idea so mind-numbingly stupid, jacked and a stretch only a deprived, virgin man who will never get laid would think of. Only a man would think his wife would tease him about another girl who likes him and try to set them up. This harem situation is one of the worst I'd ever seen, and I've read ATG, which is the worst of the worst. Disgusting. Women either meat or trophies, depending.

So boring and lame, Idk what to do w/ myself. I was all for it to rip the heads off those saints but now I want someone to rip MC's head off instead. He ain't looking like someone traumatised, betrayed and out for revenge at all. All bark, no bite. All talk, no action. Beat them up, no kills. Idk if the author trying to stall to make it longer or if they even have a plot/direction, but it's pointless and annoying. Also, everyone's brainless or braindead. Idk which one but I'm so done.

It's stupid, shallow and yk if this wasn't shounen ai, Emperor would be hooking up w/ beauties left and right. It's kinda gross, considering the living recorder likes him, is by his side all the time, and even has to help him w/ his beauties. He's a lech and it's nasty to look at. This chap, comments had many complaints about using dark skin tone and the insults directed toward it. Tbh, Idt anyone in China would be put off by it, since this is how I expect them to be, glorifying whiteness.
