Historical Lonely Housewife Fodder

All these stories are, as stated in the title, historical; thus, they follow, to a point, the rules of society in relevant historical context.  The concept of equality is nowhere to be found, even within those belonging to the same class.  The hierarchy is everything, so only those of the same rank may experience 'fairness' to a degree; though mere gossip could have influence on that fairness.  Women were chattel, still are in some cases, bartered for the sake of the family.  NO MODERN IDEALS.
