Quality manga that have supernatural/mythic elements or have an historical setting. These titles feature at least one of the following: well-realized world-building, interesting art, a nice story, or just a damn good romance. 

While I don't care for rape & dub-con, some of these manga may have it. Inclusion in this list means that those elements were minimal enough that I was still able to enjoy it. Your mileage on that point may vary, so be careful.
