As far as I've read, it's good, not much plot. I wish they focused more on either the cooking or the ml's. I'm tired of focusing on characters I don't like.

The plot progresses slowly. But at least they spend a lot of time with the male lead. He's fine, I am waiting for the more romantic moments.

The story is cute, would be better if the ml wasn't older than the mc. Before you say, "but she was turned into a child" I believe the comic addressed that she mentally regressed to a child. If she isn't mentally a child, what the family she is being taken care of by is doing is creepy.

One of my first shoujo isekai. The ml is a little too jealous in my opinion, but the comic more than makes up for it in it's beautiful art style.

far too slow-paced, it focuses way too much on the hospital aspect of the comic. I would be fine with this however, it's not accurate at all. The hospital segments often make me cringe for how poorly it is done. Just stick to writing romance, PLEASE.
