I don't like monarchies so this automatically gets a low rating. Anyways, he's looking for a mother for his children, not a lover. It could be anyone else whose good with children and I'd believe he would fall in love with them too. Also forcefully kisses her infront of people just so she can't reject him in the end. Not romantic.
